« We loved staying at this house. It had enough room for our family. We enjoyed the history of the house but also the added modern conveniences. The location was great as well. It was easy to see the historical sites, take a break at the house, and then continue with the sight seeing. »

« Great place to stay with our family. The sheets were wonderful cotton and not synthetic fiber like so many places have these days. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure was great. « We traveled to Keosauqua to attend a family funeral. The cabin was so much better than a hotel. It allowed us a quiet place to gather and remember our loved one. »

« This was a beautiful, relaxing and very peaceful place to stay. I visited the area for a work trip and was lucky enough to find this spot! I will now have to plan a trip back that isn’t involving work! The Host was kind enough to offer some locations in the area for my photography hobby. It was a really great trip! »

« Went with 6 adults and 6 children. Each couple had their own room with private bathroom. The cousins all slept in the same room together, with bunk beds and their own bathroom. The family room was spacious and the basement offers a place for kids to go and play, giving the adults a chance to relax on their own.
