« The proximity to Rock Island State Park (15min) and the ping pong table were great. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and communication fell short. There was significant dust and black dog hair inside the home and on sheets. The patio areas needed to be prepped for use (covers removed, deep clean). « Very Spacious with plenty of rooms for a family weekend; but Be Aware of the location and parking. Very narrow roads up & down mountain sides to get to property, don’t recommend a night drive in; also suggest having a 4-wheel drive to navigate the location & parking is limited. Property was clean but had not been occupied in a while & there were some roaches visible in the kitchen area. Otherwise, a beautiful place! »

« We had a wonderful stay at Little Savannah! The view is beautiful and our girl absolutely loved seeing the farm animals next door! They had each one named by the end of our stay! It’s conveniently located to Cotton’s Marina, Burgess Falls, Rock Island and Sparta! It’s a great place to stay and we will definitely be returning! »

« Itwas even more beautiful than the pictures. Each room had it's own balcony, the views were spectacular! Parking was good, wouldn't reccomend the roads driving to it if your vehicle has any issues though. It's a typical windy, narrow, TN backroad. I enjoyed it, but I could see someones car breaking down on that road. Also!
