« The view is just amazing! It was nice to have the hot tub to use and see the views while relaxing. Lots of game options in the basement and a dart board. Kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes. There are no spices or oils to use though. Someone did leave some salt/pepper. The fire pit area isn't great. Difficult to walk over to it and no real flat area to put the chairs. The shower on the main floor was fantastic water pressure. »

« Itwas even more beautiful than the pictures. Each room had it's own balcony, the views were spectacular! Parking was good, wouldn't reccomend the roads driving to it if your vehicle has any issues though. It's a typical windy, narrow, TN backroad. « This place was perfect for me and my friends. The layout worked for us and we enjoyed the porch. Went to a great local restaurant nearby and it was a short drive to kayak Burgess Falls. Would definitely stay there again. »

« We do not recommend booking this property. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several concerns. Upon arrival, we were met with an unpleasant odor as soon as we opened the door. The living room rug had multiple large stains, and the bedding "appeared" to have been previously used. « Very nice place! The location is amazing! You are in your own little nook with an incredible view of the water! We enjoyed the donkeys up on the hill looking at us wondering who we were. The hot tub and fire pit was relaxing and used almost every night. We loved how the house was laid out for our entire family to enjoy meals, game time and fun conversations. Will definitely stay here again! »
