Evansville

« We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We drove 800 miles to surprise family for a few days and were met with many small inconveniences at this property related to cleanliness and functionality. The host was quick to respond and try to make things right which was appreciated. The house was very basic with minimalist decorations which was really nice while traveling with a toddler. We would stay at this property again in the future. »

« Older double wide mobile home. Good WiFi. Close to hiking, state park and national recreation area. Did not like large security deposit that was charged on credit card in addition to fees for stay. I did not realize that it wasn’t a pending charge and just saw on Vrbo that it may not be returned until 2wks after stay completed. Easy checkin as recd door code prior and had no problem entering. This is Vrbos policy so don’t fault the stay. But be aware that charge may not fall off...

« We have been traveling to the Evansville-area for several plus years to attend events and this property is our new favorite. We have stayed near the downtown and locations west, but this location is wonderful. Easy access to Evansville and located on a large multi-acre property that is quiet and relaxing, especially when sharing time around the fire pit or the very warm, comfy and inviting gas fire place in the living room. « The house met all of our needs and is beautiful decorated. We used the house as our base for a mini family reunion with my three siblings and their spouses. The house was the perfect size for the eight of us and the two dogs that came along with two of the couples. The large back porch overlooking the field behind the house was perfect to let the dogs run as the house is secluded from other houses and a short drive from the road. Our hosts were very responsive to our needs and quickly...
