« Perfect small apartment for me and my cat while in Gainesville for a week, so that kitty could get treated at UF Small Animal Hospital (less than 10 easy minutes away). Nice neighborhood setting, quiet and woodsy. Host Adel was very helpful at check-in and getting WiFi set up. »

We didn't need to use the kitchenette much, as we ate out for most of the trip, however the dining table was a bit small for eating in if necessary.The location was great too. Calm, quiet and refreshing! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay! »

« Very well done rehab of an old house. Very clean, well furnished and not overly decorated. Would be an amazing spot for a football weekend with friends & family. A little further from campus than we thought and the neighborhood is ‘transitional’ and the house is right on a main road (front bedroom is loud). We would stay there again as we have at least two more years (with our daughter) at UF! »

« We love the location. It was centrally located within 10 minutes to both my sons and family and I know all the places around because my families in Middleburg and I come down once or twice a year. I would love to stay here again. The only complaint I had was getting in and out of the gate there showing drivers license asking address what apartment number they should just give us a guest pass which they did and they put it in the window and they still want the drivers license go through the guest...

« Absolutely amazing secluded hideaway with everything you could possibly need! Cozy barn equipped with a full kitchen, 2 beds, and a full bathroom. If you forgot something… no worries it there for you! Will definitely be back! »
