« This listing is a scam, do not book!! Host never shares check in details. Had to pay 3 times as much for accommodations due to football game on Saturday. Total nightmare, host has scammed other consumers, do not book for any reason! »

« My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here with our dog! The neighborhood is nice and walkable, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. As a matter of information, I did not see a place where we could control the temperature, but it was very comfortable while we were here. The shower is also quite small, but there were toiletries provided and that was nice. We were close everything we could want and a short drive from downtown. « Very cute, clean, and perfectly situated cottage very close to all the restaurants etc. that High Springs has to offer. We especially enjoyed the back porch, cozy den, and the well-equipped kitchen. The only thing we wished had been different was if the backyard had been fully fenced. That said, we would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the area. »

« This apartment was the perfect spot as a home base for our daughter’s softball tournament. We had teenagers and grandparents with us with enough space for all. The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need and was so clean and organized! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! « This is a perfect location for a University move in, game, or visit. It is charming, cozy, and quiet. »

« Enjoyed our stay at The Den. Extremely clean and well stocked for cooking. Felt safe due to gated community for evening walks. Will be booking again when in the area. »

« Beautiful property on the water had a great time highly recommended »

« Nice and tidy room. A small kitchen area was the best part. And a big bathroom. We had a nice stay. There was no thermostat but we didn't really need it. The temperature wad good for us. The only thing was little inconvenient to us was the cat smell in the porch but room was still fine. »

"Première des choses la chambres n’était pas comme sur la photo. Sur la photo il y avait un mur entre les 2 lits. Le spa extérieur était également défectueux. Il y avait des cheveux sur le bol de toilette et par terre dans la toilette. Par compte les personnes au comptoir de services ont été très courtois."
