« Very peaceful overnight stay in this Studio. Thoughtful inclusions of breakfast items, soap, shampoo & conditioner, beach towels for guest use and even a bottle of wine. I felt very taken care of and well rested staying here overnight at the end of a busy social week. Perfect way to unwind and a very quick drive to the airport in the morning. Thanks so much, Gae-Maree »

« This was a privately owned unit in the complex. Instructions for accessing the unit were comprehensive and friendly. Saying that we found that staff at the resort were also friendly and helpful. The unit is self contained with a functional kitchen area and large fridge. Our only criticism was the Television setup and controls. The TV is small by todays standards and the apps on it all required you to sign in etc. We didnt go to watch television so it didnt bother us much. Overall it is a lovely...

« The location was good. The photo's are quite decieving.Taken from certain vantage points to avoid showing you that the apartment is run down.Cracks in walls, paint missing, dead plants, stains over the tiles, stuff in the cupboards just throw in.The apartment building itself was not taken care of..certainly was not worth the almost 900 we paid for 2 nights. »

« The property itself is great. The management and lack of communication was terrible. I was on the phone for an hour the day of check in trying to figure out how to get into the property as I was arriving late and couldn’t get an answer. Eventually I spoke to a lovely man who figured out that my mobile number on record was incorrect. Then I had to return my key at a completely different location 10 mins walk away, fineFor me but not others who are not mobile.Lots of sand on the floor and in the...

« Great location. The unit was ok. Over cluttered with Balinese artefacts. Hard to walk without bumping into something. The layout impractical. TV did not pick up reception. Couch faced door and not tv. While we enjoyed the Santai resort as always, the unit managers just need to factor in length of stay and supplies provided. Wouldn’t hurt enhancing the quality of products; very basic and skimpy. Minimal supplies for a 4 day stay for two people. »
