« excellent property. AC was not efficient and it was hot up to 82 degrees at night. we were told by the host that the air-conditioning will take time and we’ll get better after the sunset. They did provide two portable fans. It cooled after midnight and was 72° by morning. Advantage of not having any Sely is seeing the beautiful skyline at night time full of stars. The kitchen was well equipped. And the manager was excellent. We’ve been very close to leaving the property for an air-conditioned...

« This was one of the nicest properties we've stayed at while visiting National Parks all over the US. Super clean, tasteful and fun decor, quiet, but easy to access. Plus a great Greek food truck and coffee shop within 5 minutes and a couple of gas stations to fuel up before heading into the park. »

« Loved it! The location right on the river is truly superb — the views are beautiful, and being able to hear the river from the room was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The home itself is cute and retro with lots of charm, very spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was also conveniently close to restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything easy. The host was amazing, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. « This was the worst property that I stayed at in Three Rivers. I was so dirty that we did not feel comfortable staying at the location. The owner acknowledged that the property was not clean. But then also had a reason for everything every pic I sent of things not properly being cleaned. In the end cleanliness was 100% my issue compared to what I paid. I should not have to leave the property so you can clean it when you CHARGE a cleaning fee. I would never stay here again and would never...

« Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Have everything. Feel like staying at home. Owner provided very detailed instructions, which made it easy for visitors to find the driveway entrance. Not far from sequoia national park entrance but it takes over 40 mins to the popular sites in the park. So If it is for visiting sequoia NP, it will be better to stay inside the park, to avoid driving back and forth along the winding mountain road. »

« The host provided many details about the property (e.g. very limited cell coverage so print out driving instructions in advance), surrounding stores (e.g. restaurants, markets, museums, etc.), and tips about our primary trip (good time to be in line at the National Park entrance). The hosts provided a complimentary snack basket with a couple of bottles of water which was very kind. The cabin was charming, exceptionally clean and I love that it was bright and smelled nice. « The inside of the house was stunning. It was in the 90's most of the time, so we did not get to enjoy the game room that is in the garage (too warm). The outside decks were great with a beautiful view of the stream. Again, it was extremely hot outside. We did have an ant problem in the kitchen and dining room area, but the host had the cleaning person drop off spray and traps. The outside grounds need to be cleaned up a bit, but still a gorgeous setting. We would definitely stay there...

« Das Haus ist herrlich: tolle Lage, super Größe, sehr schöne Aussicht. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Der Wintergarten. Tisch und Stühle waren total schmutzig. Gemeinsam Suppe oder Müsli essen, nicht möglich, es gab nur 3 Löffel für 6 Personen. Im Schlafzimmer kein Deckenlicht, man musste im Dunkeln durch das Zimmer um am anderen Ende die einzige Lichtquelle anstellen. Leider auch kein Fliegengitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster, denn es gab dort im Wintergarten eine Spinne...
