« I come up to Canaan Valley quite often in the winter for skiing, and the biggest factor for me is easy access — getting in and out without any hassle. This place absolutely nailed that. The drive in is flat, and the drive out to the main road is flat as well — a huge plus in the winter.The property is very secluded and features a lovely wraparound deck that would be great in the warmer months. « House was as advertised, very clean and homey! Alot of comfortable seating and the beds were very comfortable as well! Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need and plenty of towels/wash clothes for bathroom use. Would definitely stay here again! »

« I booked two nights but we only stayed one night at the place. We could not stay two nights because the place was not cleaned. The master shower room was dirty, so I didn't even take shower. The water in the toilet was dirty, looks like no cleaning for long time then the water got nasty color. Dust bunnies on the ceiling fans. There were alot of dead bugs on the floor. Most of the window blinds were broken. I won't stay again. Not recommended. »
