« So the most important reason to book this house was a game room for us. It was a family picnic to relax and in pictures we saw a game room with pool and pink ponk table and we booked it. On arrival we figure out there was no pool sticks and no pink ponk paddles. We contact them and they said they ordered it and it will arrive in 4 days so this was very upsetting for all of us and because of this we were unable to utilize the game room. « The Villa was very comfortable and well-equiped. The bed and sheets were very nice and soft. The property was very peaceful and quiet. We were able to have management heat the pool and jacuzzi for us during our stay. Anyone looking for a quiet retreat that is only 5 miles from the restaurants and shops at Bee Cave. »

« We used this venue for a family reunion for 29 adults and 5 children (ages 7 months - 79 years). We looked at the more commercialized venues in Marble Falls / Horseshoe Bay and Bastrop (Lost Pines Resort), but none of them accomplished our objective of keeping everyone in one place. « The property is enclosed in a gate which is super nice if you have pets/kids, however it is right next to a very loud train and seems like homeless people live near it. The middle house is beautiful, spacious, and perfect for hanging out. However, the front home was musty, damp, and had a very old and wet smell to it. Overall, we stayed mostly in the back house and it was very enjoyable, and the property as a hole was great, but the guests that stayed in the front home dealt with allergy...
