« The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. This trip was in September and in December I was finally told they would not refund me nor give me a partial refund for the night I wasn't there. I waited to see if they...

« Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...
