« Our stay was great! We used this as a home base for traveling to different parts of Glacier National Park. When we first pulled up it looked a little outdated but once inside it was ok! The pictures are an accurate description, our only concern was there were no deadbolts on the front or back doors. Seeing that this faces a main road and alleyway we felt a little weird being so far from home and not quite as secure as we would have liked. Otherwise our stay and host was great! »

« This was as close to the homestead experience as city slickers like us are likely to get. The cabin is small, tidy, authentic and, naturally, has no air conditioner, TV, refrigerator, etc. The shower/toilet are 75 yards away across the prairie grass. The hosts who run it (and the adjoining county museum) are friendly and accommodating. The director is passionate and knowledgeable about history, but not entirely sensitive to the exhaustion and time constraints of weary travelers. Perhaps he could...
