« This beautiful cottage was oozing charm. The 1920s bakery turned cottage was the nicest vacation rental we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. We have stayed in vacation rentals from England to Australia and none had the coziness and charm that this lovely cottage has. We strongly recommend anyone traveling to the greater Tacoma area to give this place a try. As VRBO owners ourselves we will definitely be returning guests. »

« This was our third time coming to visit the cabin. As always we loved it, and plan to come back (: The chairs in the living room were updated and so comfortable! My husband and I loved having a fire outside to sit around outside while we bbq’d dinner, then heading inside when it got chilly so we could have a fire in there too! And I cannot get enough of the outdoor shower! If only there were a hot tub or soaking tub »

« I went up to tacoma for work and this place was so clean and nice. I needed to extend my stay for one night and the owners were so helpful. It was quiet and felt very private especially for the price. Ill try to stay here again if its not booked »

« My husband, adult daughter, 2.5 year old grandson and I stayed two nights at this conveniently located house. It is small but functional and comfortable. We had quick, clear communication with the host. We could walk to the waterfront and Capitol Lake. We appreciated having a carport space and there was also street parking. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were comfortable but the bedroom furniture was basic. We found the house to be good value and it suited our needs. »

« We had a wonderful time! The duplex was clean, well-furnished, and cozy. Plenty of room. All the comforts of home! Close to parks, downtown sites & restaurants, and I-5 for seeing more of Washington. We were there during an unexpected heat advisory, so the extra fans were great! Great place to stay while spending time with kids and grandkids!! »

« My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting our daughter who is in college in Tacoma. What a lovely cottage! Conveniently located to walk down the hill to the shoreline and coffeeshops.
