« We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). It was just right for our family of 4 and a perfect location for our day trips to Seattle and Olympic park. Very comfortable beds. Thank you for the perfect stay! »

« Definitely worked for us since it was a smaller group, but still tight. It was clean but not stocked with typical necessities. There isn’t a store on the island ( other than a tiny marina store) so I would have liked to have been prepared prior to coming. We didn’t receive any information until the morning we were traveling. Loved our host though, very communicative and caring! »

« Had a nice time. Met the owner and he explained parking process. The kitchen was large and had plenty of dishes etc. Providing an apron would have been nice. Being located above and beside a couple of downtown bars wasn’t too bad. The noise level calmed down after midnight. The revving of cars was loud. I embarrassed it as an experience. »

« Place was super cute! I loved all the thoughtful additions that made the stay really feel like home. The apartment was also really close to all the events I had to attend. Janell was super responsive, even with automated AI replies. My only complaint was noticing a smell on throw blankets and throw pillow covers, which was easily resolved by a quick load of laundry. Other than that, my stay was perfect and I would book again if I ever found myself in Tacoma again. »

« The Overlook does not disappoint. We stay here quite often to visit family in Washington. The condo is clean and comfortable. Certain items are provided including coffee, hair dryer, extra blankets and even q-tips. The area, although in the city, is very quiet. « The condo was very enjoyable - comfortable, great location, and nice view. I didn’t get out as much as I wanted to because of the ‘atmospheric river’ of rain hitting the area but there were many things to do close by when I did go out and the condo was a cozy retreat. I would consider coming back another time, hopefully with better weather. »

« We stayed at this condo in Tacoma the week of Thanksgiving and just loved everything about it! Ron was the perfect host! From finding the property, to knowing exactly where to park, and gaining access to the condo.
