« I can’t actually say if the place was actually clean or nice. We had our reservation cancelled an hour before check-in by the host. I didn’t see the message as I was driving over 4 hours across the state. My family arrived at the property and then saw the message. There was a family medical emergency and she had to cancel under those circumstances. I know things like that can be unpredictable but an hour before check-in? I got a message in my inbox that I can’t see while driving. A phone call...

« As good or better than the photos, and that's saying something! We really enjoyed the ample space and the nice balance between comfort and elegance. The view was a real treat, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There are significant steps/stairs involved, regardless if you park in front of or behind the property, but it was not an issue for us. Truly a great stay, and we hope to stay again! »

« This is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment with a nice view in a beautiful area. Communication with the host was easy, and the host was very helpful. There are good restaurants along the shoreline within easy walking distance. One thing to be aware of: the property is on a busy street, and there are freight trains running along the shoreline -- at some distance but with noisy horn signals during the night. Alas, that's true for all properties in this part of town. »

« We checked in for 3 night stay on 2/13/26. The place was very dirty to point that we decided to leave immediately for another place. Didn't even feel comfortable staying 1 night. Hair in the shower and around the toilet, stains on the couch and bed, moldy shower liner. There was just 1 sheet and 1 blanket on the bed, not even a sheet set or mattress pad. Contacted the owner right away who initially agreed to a 50% refund, then went silent. No refund received. Stay away from this place. »

« This property was the perfect fit for our week in Tacoma. The condo is very neat, tidy and comfortable. An absolutely amazing location that was minutes away from everything we set out to do, with plenty of dining options nearby. Our host was quick to answer any questions we had and was very attentive to anything we needed. We will cetainly keep this gem in our pocket for our next visit. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The reservation and check-in process was easy and smooth and it was quite easy to communicate with the owners, e.g., when we asked for a late checkout (thank you for honoring our request!). It was just right for our family of 4 and a perfect location for our day trips to Seattle and Olympic park. Very comfortable beds. Thank you for the perfect stay! »
