« The place was a bit of a disaster but the staff was amazing.
The beds were good but everything was so old and well used. I will stay again because of the staff kindness and eagerness to help. »

« I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate. »
