« First review ever here. Had a great first time experience booking thru Vrbo. Our Host was excellent with communications and responses to my questions. The property is in a great area for getting around the Redding area and located near at least three excellent restaurants. The house was very roomy for 5 and with additional local family stopping by, still comfortable for games, etc..Would be happy to stay at Emerald House again! »

« We had a wonderful week-long stay and really enjoyed our time at this home! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the BBQ was clean and worked perfectly, which made it easy to enjoy some relaxing evenings at the house. « This has been one of the best stays! The host is v easy to reach, responds promptly, easy to communicate! The home says it all- the host loves the home and has good taste!! There could be a toaster added in the kitchen. The heating works only in the living room-kitchen area. Bedrooms remained cold. These are some changes which can make the home not passable👍 with the proximity to the park entrance a major factor. Thank you for a nice home! »

« Property needs to be cleaned prior to guests arriving. We were greeted by dead bugs and ants everywhere. Untimely response from host were I had to start my vacation by cleaning and spraying raid to kill the ants everywhere then evacuate the house as my wife is sensitive to chemicals.
