« This house is everything and more! Can’t get anymore peaceful. The house was perfect as well! Enjoyed watching nature from inside the home thru all the glass doors and also on the deck. Boat ramp and dock is a MAJOR plus! »

« This is a lovely home in a quiet, family oriented development. The house was clean, nicely furnished and stocked with everything we needed for cooking (including a grill), laundry and beach time. I like to enjoy the beach from under an umbrella but here, a palm tree provided plenty of shade. The water's edge is truly just a few steps from the house. We walked a couple of blocks to the bay side, seeing beautiful homes, boats and gardens. This area is apparently a fishing haven.The views from the...

« Lovely location and accommodations. I wish we'd had more time to enjoy the property. Very generous hosts; they clearly put a lot of effort into ensuring their guests are comfortable. Strongly recommend--especially if you need a few quiet and peaceful days away from it all (even though the city isn't very far of a drive). »

« What a great time with family! This place was the perfect size for the 7 of us! The neighbor hood was friendly and quiet. If you’ve got a boat this place is even better- boat launch and dock was great for us and what a great view in morning. Owner was so helpful and the property manager is in the neighborhood . When we head back this way this is where we’re going to stay!! »

« We stopped here on our way to Legoland and it was a perfect place to stop and rest. The location is good, close enough to get what you need, but felt like you were out in the quiet country. The back porch was a lovely way to unwind. Check in was easy, and the place was as described. 10/10 recommend. »

« This was our 2nd summer at this property. We fell in love with it from the very first day. It is very clean, very well stocked, & the location is prime!!! If you have a boat, you can dock it out back. It’s a little walk to the dock so I highly recommend bringing a wagon to easily transport your stuff from the house. This home is in a very safe area. There is plenty of parking & you even have a nice clean community pool a few houses down at the cul-de-sac. In Steinhatchee that is a HUGE...

« Great rental for a group of 9 fisherman to enjoy the weekend. The dock is good but for my boat it has to be high tide to use, we did have access to the deepwater ramp on cedar island with this rental. Plenty of space for grilling and chilling. We enjoyed the fire pit and cornhole boards as well.We plan to stay there again in the near future. »

« This is a great home for 2/3 families! Very comfortable, lots of room, plenty of parking. We were able to park two boat trailers in the driveway. It is a narrow drive in so you have to know what you’re doing if you are backing a boat/trailer in. Comfy beds (lots of beds), fantastic front screened porch. We joked we could put the kids out there to sleep in cooler weather! We didn’t use the kitchen much but seemed well stocked. We spent most of our time on the water. It’s a short drive to The Hag...

« Such a charming neighborhood! My eight year old loved the petting zoo, playground and pool. The neighbors were so friendly. It was a short trip for us as we had some things to do in another town but would love to go back and fully enjoy all the amenities and spend some time on the river. The house was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed sitting on the screened porch and reading. »
