« We loved staying at Steinhatchee landings in Morning Glory. The cottage was just like it showed in the pictures. The cottage was clean and we loved sitting on the front porch. I recommend getting a golf cart-that just helped with the overall experience. And Kathis Krab was amazing for food..cooked our catch one day and it was delish.The only thing I would say is the master bed is VERY firm. We tried one of the other beds and it was fine. « Great homebase in Steinhatchee for my work trip. Nothing super fancy, but had everything I needed. Cozy, comfortable, clean, functional and secure. At 6'3" I'm probably the max height for the shower, as its under the loft and was a little tight, but that's just tall people problems and I managed. Laundry is communal in a building right outside of unit. Hardworking and very friendly Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again! »

« My mom, myself, and my toddler travelled to the area to visit various state parks for about a little less than a week, and this was the perfect spot! It was located pretty centrally to our sites of interest and while we didn't spend a whole lot of time here (used it as just our hub), it was quiet and peaceful. My absolutely favorite part was birdwatching on the front porch! Lots of Chickadees, Tufted Titmouse, and Cardinals. We even saw a couple hummingbirds! I can only imagine the wider variety...
