« Wonderful as usual! »

« The listing was exactly as depicted. Host was communicative. Furnishings were comfortable. The only constructive criticism I would like to offer is that (1) we were 3 adult women, and only provided 3 towels and washcloths for 3 nights. We had to wash the towels to be able to continue using them. (2) there were only 3 total garbage bags for the small trash can in the kitchen. We cooked each day and filled them up daily. We had to buy more. (3) there was a dish sponge and dawn dishwashing...

« This was our second time staying at Melissa’s place and it was just was wonderful this time as it was last time! The house is clean and has all the items you need to enjoy your stay (all kitchen items possible, floats, plenty of towels, etc.) Looking forward to our next trip there! »

« This is a great house. We really enjoyed our few days here. There was plenty of room for our group of 8 and we really loved that linens and towels were provided. The Host was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you for a great stay. »

« Beautiful house on a lot of acres. Very quiet and has a lot of deer and birds to enjoy. We will definitely be visiting again next year. »

« We had an amazing stay at the Cozy Retreat. It was perfectly located for all we needed and wanted to do. We Kayaked down the Itchetucknee River and spring hopped to 6 springs. My children and Nephew had a wonderful time. They really enjoyed the putt putt in the back yard. It had everything we needed. Thank you so much! »

« We spent a peaceful day relaxing in white springs before traveling on to our next destination. It was a lovely property in a beautiful peaceful little town. »

« We’ve been vacationing on the Suwannee River every summer for years. This is by far the best home we’ve stayed in and it’s very convenient to the springs we love to go to. The owners are super friendly and very responsive. »

« Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs »

« The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed boating and swimming on the river and sitting on the dock mornings and evenings. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend renting this house. »

« My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and had most things you'd need. Tv had subscription services already signed in to be able to watch, which was nice. My kids loved the goose that followed us around. Would recommend. »

« This place is set up perfect for a big family gathering. We actually did not use many of the amenities because we attended a larger family gathering in a different location but it made us wish we had more time to play here! Great place at the end of the road. Quiet Enough to hear all the frogs and cicadas at night and watch turkey and deer cross the field in front of you as you sip your morning coffee. »

« We had a wonderful peaceful stay. When we would venture into Gainesville, it was nice to be able to escape to an adorable home in a quiet neighborhood. Having a tiny Italian restaurant, with delicious pizza, right across the street was a bonus. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. »
