« Owners were fabulous. The bed and couch need replacing. There were no plates to be found; had to buy paper plates.The location and property were peaceful and wonderful.The outdoor chairs need a pressure washing. We enjoyed the springs in the area! »

« Cabin inside was very clean! Kitchen was stocked with necessary items. I completely understand the decks are open to the elements, but it would be nice to hose it down every so often. Wear your shoes outside. The boardwalk to the water is a good length, but that’s expected for the area. The house had all the fun water rafts/kayaks, the only bummer was you’re not provided the key for neighborhood park. So you have to use the State Park across the street and no instructions. « The hosts are great. Unfortunately the place needs a good cleaning and there's a bad smell. Host thinks it's from the hard water. Idk what hard water smells like but it wasn't pleasant. I left early. It is a wonderful setting and has a great view of the Suwannee River. Very peaceful. »

« This tiny home is very beautiful and functional. It has all the amenities you can think to need and a Q outdoor space as well. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are nice. None of those very thick ones. »

« Only thing that would have made it better was hot water. Somehow we missed that in the write up. Everything else was fine. Partner who chose the place thought there were windows (glass) and not screen. Thank goodness I brought electric blankets. »

« We really enjoyed the property. It was a bit rustic but that's what we liked about it. Our 2 dogs had a great time as well. It was clean and cozy. Lighting up the fire pit, roasting s'mores, playing corn hole with the kids and grandkids. Over all we had a blast. »

« We had a wonderful stay. This place was so beautiful and peaceful. I loved that it was right on the river and they had kayaks to explore it with. The house was a great layout, well decorated and amazing wrap around porch. My husband woke up early the first morning and saw deer, wild turkey, hogs, ducks, bass and mullet jumping in the river! We would absolutely stay here again! »
