« We have returned to this property year after year. Our family enjoys all the thoughtful things supplied here: firewood, grill supplies, boats, bikes, campfire chairs, line for the dog, etc. Our family only needs to pack our clothes and food! The kids spend hours on the float. We boat all day. We take walks and the neighbors we run into are kind. No road noise, so peaceful. Breathtaking view from the porch. Yes this is more of a rustic cabin - and we love that. We loved the hummingbird feeder...

« Great property. The fussiness around the check-in process is goofy. There is zero or one bar service near the property yet they want to send details 15 minutes in advance. Just not smart. Not sure what kind of devices they think we have available to us. The vehicle registration process slows you down a bit but was fairly easy to complete for those staying with you. Guests for an hour or two visit are a different issue. I found it easier to have them park at a gate and go pick them up. They...

« Beautiful home with lots of little extras provided. Loved everything about it - pool, hot tub, fire pit stocked with plenty of wood, the view, large family space inside and out. Absolutely would recommend this house! »

« We loved our cute little cottage in the woods. It was perfect for us and our family staying with us. The host even included baby items for my 1 year old nephew. The house had plenty of room for the 5 adults and 4 kids and we enjoyed grilling and just enjoying family time together. »

« We were 9 guests; 4 adults, 5 kids. Family Ties suited us perfectly. The proximity of the rental to the Hideout’s pool and beach were awesome - if anyone wanted to go back early, we just walked!
