« Very spacious property with plenty of space to socialize for large groups. I'd definitely rent it again. Couldn't really enjoy the big deck and beautiful property because the landscaping and lawn needed some maintenance. »

« A great short-stay experience. Clarksdale is a Blues music mecca -- in a southern town that has changed little over the last 70 years. The rental property was extremely well appointed, newly renovated, and located only 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Clarksdale. And the owner was more than accommodating.We would have no qualms in booking this property again.. . »

« Qas in town for a funeral , wanted my mom to be relaxed. Property was in a great location, Property was clean and the the neighbors were great! »

« This property is beyond amazing! We stayed May 27-29, 2025. First off, the owner, Jessica, is great. She respnds quickly if you have any questions, and is very friendly. The "Rusty's Roost" is my new home away from home. Its clean, comfortable, and spacious. My Mom, sister, and brother were in awe and didn't want to leave. If it was possible i would give the "Rusty's Roost more than 5 stars cause it deserves more. Thank you for sharing you wonderful home with us. Thankfully, The Myles Family...
