Comté de Sumter : Locations de vacances privées

« Excellent vacation home. Very clean, great layout of rooms, well-stocked kitchen and beautiful location. »

« Quiet retreat with a great view. The house was very accommodating. Beds and couch/chairs comfortable, AC worked, plus they had 3 fans, the kitchen had everything you needed (but could use a sharper serrated knife). Spent a lot of time on the deck. But the steps down to the water were steep, older folks and older dogs may find them difficult. The host/owner was very helpful. Would stay there again. »

« Home was very clean with good amenities. Neighborhood was quiet. »

« Everything was wonderful. Clean. Perfect location. Will definitely be back. »

« Mr Carmichael was absolutely wonderful to us »

« House was clean but not like clean clean. Hosts texted and called almost daily which was a little annoying kitchen garbage disposal started to leave a bad smell after a day »

« Best property we’ve stayed in. A lot of beautiful details in the house nothing was spared. The bathroom shared by the three bedrooms has two sinks outside of the bathroom which was a huge help and very thought out. The kitchen has so much space, storage and everything you would need when cooking. The infinity pool perfect size and the screened in porch had tons of additional space for a big group. Separate AC units for the back rooms and master bedrooms helped keep everyone comfortable with...

« Excellent home base for our visit. Responsive host, clean rooms, bathrooms. Felt like home. »

« The house was well supplied and laid out for our stay! »

« The place was nice and close to Fort Jackson base. The process was easy to book and check in. There were not a lot of extras like towels or cleaning supplies. Some of the rooms need minor repairs/updating but nothing major. All in all it was a good stay! »

« We really enjoyed our stay and have nothing but good things to say about the host. The house was centrally located which reduced travel time to all events. The house itself was really nice, clean and very comfortable; however, the deck was not inviting or clean. For me this prevented a 5 star. The outer deck was covered with pine cones and needles, that I cleaned up. The enclosed area had a dirty ashtray sitting on the table and vines are tearing up the screens allowing for mosquitoes to get...

« Upon arrival greeted with knee high grass. The host did get someone out to cut the grass right around the house. The dock os’s at the very back of the property and there’s no water view at all. The house is in great need of a deep cleaning. There was grease dripping from the exhaust fan over the stove. There was laundry in the washer and dryer so we had to finish those. The air conditioner is apparently on a timer so you can regulate the temperature at night. It defaults to 73 and it’s far...
