« The property was well maintained & we loved the fire pit in the back! Just a few minutes from downtown Fayetteville, it was perfect for us. »

« Cute home close to Concord University. Was nice to go and visit my daughter and cook a meal for her and her friends. The fire pit outback was a great addition. Dog friendly. Owner allowed me to check in early which was very much appreciated after a 6 hour drive. »

« Perfect location for exploring New River Gorge National Park and the surrounding area. Bradly, the host, gave us excellent advice on restaurants and trails in the area.What surprised me most about this ‘Tiny House’ is that it wasn’t tiny at all. There was plenty of room, including a very spacious bathroom. It also included a nice yard with a grill and a fire pit, perfect for making S’mores. When we come back to the area, this will be our goto place to stay. West Virginia is a beautiful State,...

« The cottage was beautiful and clean with easy access to the river. This is the perfect getaway spot for a couple that enjoys the outdoors. John was easy to communicate with and worked us into his schedule for a last mintue guided fishing trip. »

There were 5 of us & it was a good fit - Full sized washer & dryer - Quiet neighborhood - Close to all you need - Very clean - Comfortable couch & love seat - Tub/shower combo - deep tub - 2 bedrooms + living room + sitting/reading room - Nice full size kitchen - We'd stay here again »

« It was the perfect place for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. »

« We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the cottage. You can't beat being surrounded by nature, sitting by a firepit, listening to the sounds of nature and gazing at the stars. »

« Very cute and clean cottage house. Right in the heart of town and a 2-5min walk to several EXCELLENT local restaurants/pubs with a very cool vibe and full of friendly people. We absolutely plan on staying here again. Double car parking spot is shared but second car parking could be one block over on main street. »

« For the amount of time I got to enjoy the property (in the area to be in my best friends wedding) it was wonderful!! Loved the cottage and loved the convenience of its location! »
