« Nice boat with a lot of commodities. Close to the USS constitution which was nice and also close to the ferry to go to Boston harbour which was practical, because otherwise you have to walk about 30 minutes for the subway. Life at the marina is really nice and feels like you are part of a nice community. »

« While the houseboat was clean there are some serious structural issues with the property. I speak as a yatch owner, do speak from experience. Let’s start:1. The boat is taking on water from the port side, this is either saturated pontoon or hull issues as the boat slants to port side! This is not tide nor tie up issue nor weight distribution.2. « This ship was a great trip and stay for us! Me and my 3 grown children came and stayed here celebrating ones birthday. There was plenty of room for all of us and kitchen was great for cooking, patios are great for a lowkey dinner or coffee! There was 1 minor issue and maintenance was on top of it and never caused us a hiccup in our stay or plans! Will tell everyone to stay here and will stay again! »

« Smaller then expected especially the bed in the small bedroom. The smell is horrible but I guess it is normal on a boat. Luckyly I had some car freshener to put in the bedroom and some fleecy sheets to help a bit. We couldn't use the 'stove top' because of state law (or city law can't remember) so we only had the microwave and the small fridge. Also, if the lady who welcome you is in the parking lot (which happen a lot) you can't enter the parking lot as of there is a limit of entry permited by...
