« We had a very good stay. The descriptions are accurate. There are a couple of updates. From the materials provided in advance, the entry instructions need to be updated (there is a lock code on the door versus a key box). Also, the wifi access information needs to be updated and the landline is not functional. Also, the chiminea has been upgraded to a gas firepit.We found that the walk to beach access was very easy. « Our family stayed at this quaint cottage in the North Fork. The cottage has a nice kitchen, gas fireplace, and well appointed bedrooms. I would love to visit in summer, it must be wonderful! »

« Cozy Cottage #3 is exactly that! The cottage was perfect for summer getaway with hubby and two dogs. The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again. »

« My husband and I stayed here for a weekend in September and loved every minute. Cottage was well decorated, very clean and had everything you would need. We loved the outdoor shower and the host was so accommodating and thoughtful. Highly recommend and hope to return soon. »

« We came to Long Island for a military retirement ceremony, this was our first time here and this cottage was perfectly located. Close to Islip airport, short drive to Port Jefferson for the ceremony, and close enough for a day trip up to the Hamptons and Montauk. The cottage itself was wonderful. Perfect amount of old and new. The landscaping and property made it feel very private. »
