« Lovely stay in a picture-perfect location! Cottage had plenty of space for me, my husband, and our dog. Waking up to the view every morning was a delight, and Pat couldn't have been a better host. « This is a fabulous property in a beautiful location. The home was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. John is an exceptional host—his communication was proactive and his hospitality truly stood out. Even in the middle of January, the house felt cozy and had everything we could possibly need. We didn’t get to use the outdoor amenities this time, but we’re already planning a return trip in the warmer months to take full advantage of them. 10/10! »

« Just gorgeous!! I grew up in Northport and can tell you there is no better place to stay than right on the waterfront a block from Main Street. Richard is an incredibly gracious and helpful host. He made sure we had anything we needed but always respected our privacy. This is a quintessential little boathouse on one of the prettiest harbors on the island. Highly recommended. »

« The photos of the property makes it look much more spacious and luxurious than in person. I was expecting a more quaint house not a mobile home. For the price we paid the sheets, pillows and general bedding should be upgraded. The shower didn’t drain so had to call owner to fix twice. Probably good place for a family with children but was not what we expected. »
