Cons: - Ownership utilizes a 3rd-party mgmt platform; this made me nervous, as I've had poor experiences in the past with a property listed on Hotels.com but using a 3rd-party platform for signatures and payments. During the aforementioned poor experience, Hotels.com reps initially told me that this was not allowed, and that I should make no payments off Hotels.com....

« Fantastic location but we never received the email with the access code and had to call them for it. The only messages they offer are automated so they do not respond if you message them. It was fairly easy to get a hold of someone when calling but it was a bit unnerving to not have the access code until hours after our check in. Came across another couple trying to access their room in the building with the same issue. »

« The Chester sont de très confortables et charmants appartements. Nous avons pu trouver autour de très bon restaurants. Et pourtant en tant que Français nous sommes difficiles mais juste en dessous le restaurant de pâtes Mida était très bon. »
