Comté de Strathcona - Nos maisons d'hôte de charme

« I worked online on the first day. It was cold in the AM in the basement suite with no baseboard heaters or space heaters. I let management know and I think they cranked up the heat. By midday, the temp was fine. There was a weird smell (sewage?) that emerged on Sunday. I couldn't tell where it was coming from. They rent out the upstairs and I got woken up at 1:30am on Sat night by the guests. It was a cheap price so I think the price matched the quality. No frills, but it got the job done. »

« It worked well for our stay »

« Everything was excellent for our family! »

« Great place. Would stay again »

« Overall this property was great. We used it for a girls getaway for two of us and all we did was craft and watch movies. The neighborhood was quiet. The unit was beautiful and pristinely clean. The beds were cozy and we had almost everything we needed. We had a few questions for the hosts before and during arrival and they were quick and friendly to deal with. We knew at the time of booking that there was another unit upstairs, however, we didn't realize that there would be an entire family...

« It was a comfortable and quiet spot. I had trouble checking in. I didn’t initially get the check in instructions so there was a waste of a couple of hours. Then there were two lamps that had to be unplugged because the on off switch was broken. Lastly, try to brighten the lighting in the vestibule. »

« If I could give ZERO stars I would. We didn’t even get to stay here. They scammed us!!!! 700 bucks. I got every confirmation email you can think of, payment requests, address day of, everything checked out until we showed up to check in and they said they double booked us both of nights! Said there were guests in there but everything was locked up and empty! Then they gave us a number to call and the first thing they asked is credit card number so we couldn’t even get through to them! We were...

« It was a great place to stay for the night! We went to a concert at Comminwealth and it was close to the venue, which was great since we ended up having to walk back after the concert due to not being able to get a cab or uber. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos. When we arrived we were able to park our car in the garage which was great. Only problem we had was the door code not working but they were quick to get back to us with an alternative code that worked! Would recommend as a...

« This property is extremely noisy. The owners live upstairs with small children & you can hear every footstep. One night the toddler jumped On the floor above our bedrooms until midnight. Another night it sounded like he was dropping marbles.I was surprised that there wasn’t a Kurig coffee machine, just an old fashioned coffee pot. I never did find a toaster. There needed to be instructions on how to work the thermostat & the tv remote. I would not recommend this rental at all!!! »

« Location and pet friendly were the most important to us. You can hear the people upstairs walking around but not real late at night past 11:00. The master bedroom has cellular shades that let light in. This time of year it was very light very early in the morning. Bring eye blinders so you can sleep in a bit.Kitchen has good supply of tools etc. »
