« I love everything that KASA stands for. Please look into it before you book and decide to leave a bad review. The bad reviews I’ve seen are obviously from people who didn’t read ahead of time. The Reno KASA Archive is amazingly clean with a secure gated parking lot. They also have wheel carts available to carry luggage if needed. If you need anything just send a text message. « I spent 5 times on the phone with Landing and was told my issue would be followed up with; on day 6/10 I finally got a resolution on my issues on being able to access the pool, hot tub, or gym; which were the biggest factors in booking this location. Instructions were vague and not detailed enough to give me complete knowledge of what to do or where to go upon arrival. Check in process was complex and frustrating. Overall very frustrating experience. 0 star review »
