Comté de Steuben : Motels

« This was my first visit and I wasn't aware of all the attached buildings like the party store with huge display of alcoholic drinks and many many choices for foods at a counter or vending machines. There is no hotel lobby and the check in counter is displayed among a counter for the general facility. The only reason I didn't mark excellent is that there was no outside sign among a number of doors to show entrance to motel. There was a huge sign with an arrow and word Diesel plus other doors...

« Classic Motel feel I remember from my childhood. Clean, comfortable, well lit exterior. So quiet you heard the train pass by. I loved the chairs and picnic tables out in front of the rooms. Great bargain for the price. Will recommend. »

« The room was clean, one plug in didnt work and a bulb missing in bathroom. The bed was hard to sleep on. Overall a nice place. »

« Good - It was cheap, clean towels. Overall, was what expected for the price. Bad - room was "non-smoking" but had ashtray and about midnight cigarette smoke was rolling under the adjoining doorway from the office...had to get up and pile bath towels around base of door to try and minimize the stank. Desperately need new pillows - would be better with a bath towel! »
