When we first arrived we found out from the owner they’d been made aware of the hot water heater not working as it should. « What a wonderful experience staying at Shirley's little cabin in the woods. Her love and attention to detail made it so welcoming. My dog loved it as well. The house has a fenced in yard and we made a game out of him running as hard as he could around the house numerous times.I would highly recommend going for the adventure and hanging your hat at this memorable little treasure at this home away from home!Thank you Shirley! « A beautiful and comfy property with plenty of space inside and out. Well marked paths through the property made it easy to traipse through the woods. And a surprise cup of hot cocoa after a chilly day doing just that was just icing on the cake (no cake though…). »

« Everything was perfect (except for the weather at check-in!). The location is wonderful, we loved the bathroom/showers and greenhouse where we could hang and eat and admire Benka's plants! (So many orchids!). Keith was an awesome host filling us in on everything - even the surrounding area. The walking paths are beautiful and serine. The additional 5 canine hosts were adorable and Mici I'm so sorry you didn't spend at least one night with us! I wish we would have been able to stay longer...
