We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. »

When they relented, they would only provide a room with a single bed, even though I had reserved a room with two beds. And on top of all this, the room was absolutely filthy.
