« We had an amazing stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly well-equipped we had more than everything we needed. It’s in a great location, very peaceful but still super convenient, just about 8 minutes from Concord Mills and close to everything else we wanted to see and do. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! »

« This studio was perfect in every way for our stay in Matthews. We had everything we needed and the wonderful bonus of watching the chickens. This was a real pleasure for a couple of country folks. Note however: there are stairs to enter this unit. You need to be able to do that. »

« Clean, excellent accommodations with perfect location on the lake. Perfectly set up for entertainment with your family and friends! The added benefit of being able to use the boat was fantastic. Great host! Would definitely recommend and look forward to hopefully coming back! »

She was responsive immediately to the problems we had with the home during the stay and accommodated appropriately for the unexpected change in the trip. Would love to stay again, or recommend to anyone looking in Charlotte. Very quiet neighborhood, and felt very safe. The huge fenced-in backyard was very nice for our dogs. »

« House was beautiful. Had all the towels we needed. We had a great time playing in the water. Kitchen and grill were perfect. Very dog friendly. Contacted host and got a quick response. »

« The house was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths available, which was a nice touch even though we brought our own. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I can truly say we had a relaxing stay. Everything was perfect! »

« Home was very beautifully set up. Rooms were lovely.Enough seating for meals for 10 comfortably. Great backyard for the kiddos to run around and play whilel adults hang out under the covered patio. Super area for shopping. William was "Johnny on the Spot" if we needed anything. Check -in and out were seemless. Would stay again if back in the area. »

« This was a perfect place to hang with our family in between baseball tournament games. The living room with the large couch was our main draw, so we had space to hang with local family while here. The beds were comfortable, great spaces overall. »
