« Enjoyable property. I booked this property because it had a DVD. Seaside Vacations brought us a new DVD player when we didn’t see the DVD. Maintenance could not fix the 2 burner cooking unit in the counter and actually bought a 2 burner electric unit that we could plug in. The key box was a little hard to open but we did manage to open it to get our key. This unit was very convenient to Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and Assateague National Seashore. »

« The space is lovely and we would absolutely come again! Kitchen very well stocked with tools and spices. Check-in was a little tricky because google maps led us to the parking lot for the business next door - we could see the hotel, but actually had to drive about a mile around to get to the right parking lot. The after hours line was not someone familiar with the property so they weren’t very able to help us which was a bummer. Everyone was very responsive and helpful during regular hours, but...

« We always stay in this block of apartments. This was our first time in this articular apartment Beautiful view and especially sunsets are something to look for. Swimming pool is a plus and only a few blocks away from supermarket and very nice bookshop. Highly reccomend »

« My friend and I absolutely loved the entire place. The view on any day is breathtaking. My rescue pup had a great time and made some progress in walking on a leash and meeting new people. It was a birthday vacation to remember. »

« The unit was very nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, had a drip coffee maker, which we prefer. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The sunset was magnificent. The beds were comfortable. Great location. We were here for a girlfriend’s weekend and specifically to go to Smith Island. The condo is in a great location. »

« We stayed at this location 4 years ago and once again enjoyed the view of Assateague Island and the channel from the deck. I never was able to get the DirectTV working properly following the directions and found no directions except for Google for using the Blue Ridge Splits and nothing for operating the dishwasher. There was carpet with curled edges (tripping hazard) in both the bedroom and the sitting area. The bathroom and the kitchen were both very clean and well equipped. »

« Great communication with the host. She provided helpful recommendations for restaurants and activities. Property pictures are accurate. Would stay there again. »

« The location was central with a deck out on the marsh, which was lovely. The pool seemed well kept and was nice. It was clean and the communication with the hosts was quite good. The smart TVs didn’t really work and could only work with live tv. No apps worked. Overall, though, would stay again. »

« Adorable place to stay that was close to good shopping and dining experiences, the beaches and ponies were a very short drive. We wish we had allotted more time for this part of our trip. Loved waking up to the birds singing and the beautiful view of the stream and marshland just past the dock on the property. Enjoyed ourselves and the peace of our rooms immensely. Would love to stay here again and explore even more of the area. »
