« 5 stars doesn’t do this beautiful cabin justice! Everything we wished we had brought with us was already there. The linens are high quality. The kitchen is well-stocked with essentials and some luxury items! The little trail to the river is beautiful. Despite being close to the road, the property feels secluded and the patio area/hot tub are quiet and relaxing. The house is super clean — I’m allergic to dogs and usually avoid pet friendly properties but I couldn’t even tell there’d ever been...

« The sound of the rushing river from the bedroom at night and at all times of day was wonderful. The neighbor's bunny rabbits and chickens that would visit the property were fun and a neighbor cat shimmer up a tree right in front of the back porch! The Mercantile up the street is handy and well stocked fwiw.It is a great place and anyone coming here will have fabulous time, we never left for anything but a few groceries it was so nice... »

« This property is really special. The location is perfect for Mt Hood activities. The house is really spacious, especially the living/dining room and deck overlooking the Sandy River. The sound of the river is so relaxing it was hard to not want to spend hours on the deck. The house was clean and well appointed. The nice bottle of complimentary Pinot Noir and fresh can of coffee were much appreciated. Thank you to the owners. »

« We had a pleasant stay at the White Salmon property. We couldn’t figure out how to work the TV with the various controllers (the satellite controller was missing), but other than that, everything was great. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. »

« Very nice property and owner very nice to deal with. The only thing we didn’t like was lack of hot water and washcloths. The water started out hot and quickly turned cold. Wish we could have stayed longer. »

« Needs yard work done. The Hot tub you have to climb threw a window to get in and the cover is hard to open and close and needs replaced. Bricks on the patio are loose and have weeds growing in them and the fire pit is very sad. Inside the furniture is stained and the cabinet doors fall off as screws are missing and cabinets and drawers do not close properly and the oven was dirty. We had to fix the bathroom door as it would not close. Bathrooms are in need of an update as they are the...
