« I had a lovely stay at Jon and Nancy's studio unit. I was right next door to my friends' home whom I was visiting, able to walk right down into town within minutes, and enjoyed three nights of restful sleep. The space is clean and functional which allowed me space to work and relax. I would definitely return if I need a place to stay in Hood River! »

« The host was amazing and communicative. When we needed an air mattress to accommodate my 6’4” son, they brought one right over with an extra set of nice bedding. Place is very cute, kitchen was a nice extra although we just used the fridge. Plan to come back this winter! »

« Staying at “Brick House Beautiful” was truly a joy! The English cottage apartment is decorated in a charming vintage style. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, Keurig pods, very comfortable bed and all of the little touches that make you feel at home. The gardens and outdoor spaces are beautiful and lovingly cared for. Bob and Ann take great pride in their home, are attentive to their guests and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our time in Portland so memorable. »

« This is a great, well-thought out little studio with a spacious bathroom. It had most everything we needed, and there were some nice, unexpected touches, like the cornhole game and the excellent tea selection -- even Bengal Spice, my favorite! Barb had a fire expertely built for us in the chimena -- one match was all it needed and we had a nice evening in the glider enjoying the flame.
