« This is a wonderful location within blocks of dining and entertainment…and to explore downtown Sheridan. It is funky cool,. My wife observed a lot of dust buildup on the bedroom ceiling fan. The instructional on the wall, a computerized sort of framed picture never worked. Since it was cold when we stayed, we had to sort of figure out the heating on our own, which wasn’t much of a problem. It is an excellent value for the money and we would stay there again. Make sure you visit the King...

« Don't stay here. If you don't enjoy funky charming properties in fun walkable areas. Or if you don't appreciate in touch and tuned in property owners.Place was clean and the kitchen really well equipped. Cindy even had everything included to make and drink coffee, also Expresso. Ideal for a family of four with the extra twin beds in the main living space. Yes, the floors creak and the electric is in conduit but the building dates from 1894 and many of the original bones are still there. That's...

« It was very nice and the check in was very smooth. Great communication. It was perfect for checking out the Downtown of Buffalo. A few items that didn't work for us but may be perfect for someone else. The micro fiber bath towels were a firm NO for both of us. I didn't find an iron or any games, puzzles or books. The bed and pillows were very firm and to my surprise I slept very well! Was a little worried usually I don't sleep well on a bed that firm! If you are planning to use it as a...

« This was in a great location and spotless clean. Another thing that was great is that there is a small restaurant/bar practically next door. Downtown Buffalo is literally one block away. We could walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The beautiful Buffalo Greenway walking path is right there. One morning I went west about teo miles on the pathway which runs next to Clear Creek. I loved the location. The bed and pillows were ultra comfortable. »
