« I had pre-paid for my room. Then when I arrived I was informed that there would be $75.00 deposit to be placed on a card only. I feel that the deposit should have been stated prior to booking the room. Since the security deposit wasn't mentioned until I was on site trying to get into my room that I paid for, I found it shady. It's fine to expect a security deposit, just let it be known prior to booking the room. »

« The place was smelling cigarettes especially the elevator and hallway. The air conditioner was dusty . I could not sleep well. »

« The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge. »

« The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again! »

« The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet and served our purpose, which was just a place to sleep. However, there were several items that needed repair and they were brought to the attention of the staff when we checked out. The most urgent of those being the security chain was missing. »

« Worked for a quick stay. Hotel is old and a bit run down but staff was friendly, breakfast options were better than expected and the rooms were clean. »
