« It was fresh and clean. Cute decor in every room. Comfortable beds and really nice bedding and pillows. Keurig coffee maker was a great surprise. I would stay again and recommend to others. »

« Our group of six absolutely LOVED this property! The house is cozy and has everything you could need. Outside, the landscaping and gardens are beautiful! We appreciated the recommendations from our hosts and all the wonderful (local) info in the house's big book. Will absolutely be back! »

« So, this was our 2nd stay in 3 weeks, and being our 5th stay in 3 years, I'll be visiting next time I'm needing to stay in the area. Comfortable bed and accommodations. Near many sporting options, St. Paul or Minneapolis, Mall of America. Close to I-35W or Hwy 10 makes it convenient for commuting. Your host is extremely friendly and accommodating. She's thought of many things that you may have overlooked, which is what a wonderful host is prepared to offer. »

« House was excellent. Porch was pretty dirty, but it is the end of the season. »

« This was a lovely property that met all our needs and then some. We had our family there for three nights- ages ranging from 4 to 71. There was plenty to do for everyone. We will try to come back next Fall. »

« This was the perfect location for our annual girls' slumber party. Our host was very accommodating & quick to respond to our questions. It's a great location for exploring Anoka, very walkable. Every room is filled with the cutest retro pictures and keeps the pinky theme going, we enjoyed the backyard patio on a perfect September night. Highly recommend! »

« Property is great for a large family gathering. Roomy for everyone to be gathered in one place, but offers lots of private places smaller groups can peel off and do they're on thing. Sitting on the boat was one of my favorite places to hang out. »

« Super safe, super clean, and well stocked lake house. The beach across the street is perfect for launching kayaks and paddle boards. Nice dock for fishing. Friendly neighbors. »

« We were in MN for our Grandson's confirmation. Very easy location to go to the ST Paul's Cathedral and then back to our family's home in Savage. House was very clean, beds were very comfortable. Great location. »

« The property was very clean and comfortable; we enjoyed our stay. Check in was just as we had been told. I was a little disappointed in the Bed situation in Bedroom 5 downstairs. It was supposed to have 1 King bed, 1 twin bed, and 2 double beds, however, the two double beds were not beds at all but rather just air mattresses. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, snacks, etc. were really a very nice touch. I would also mention that it would be nice to have more plates and silverware...

« We loved our stay at Big Lake. The house was perfect. We loved sitting outside on the large deck enjoying the fall weather. The yard in back was great for the kids to run around. We also enjoyed the game room. We had 12 family members that stayed at the house and we had plenty of room. »
