« Great location. About 15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Property was very clean and well equipped (coffee maker, microwave, plenty of dishes/glasses, towels etc). Owner was very responsive. Could not ask for better. Temps were in mid 90s over July 4th weekend. Air conditioning easily kept up . Overall, very happy with the experience. Would likely rent again if I had 5-6 people. »

« We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that. « We had a great time, the house was perfect for the 5 of us. We got into town a little earlier than expected by about an hour and 15 minutes, Donald was kind enough to let us check in early. That was very nice of him, and the kids were very appreciative. Great views, and it was quiet! The upstairs bedroom had a living space with a couch, games, and TV, perfect for the kids to relax in and unwind before bed! »
