« Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised We recently stayed overnight at Serenity on the Terrace in Mandurah and were very disappointed. Unfortunately, the property looks nothing like the photos advertised online. It is extremely outdated and in poor condition. There were patches of paint all over the walls, ripped curtains, and the couch was dirty and smelt strongly of mould, which made the place feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. « Description stated wheelchair access but we were on the second floor, we had a friend that struggled because she is going through cancer treatment. Description said 2 bathroooms but there was only 1. Kitchen utensils were dirty, no teaspoons, a tablespoon had burn marks on the back. Kettle was absolutely disgusting and dirty, pots missing handles. 2 single Beds had one fitted sheet and a thin throw blanket in winter, no extra bedding, aircon/heater worked great.
