« My husband and I are so thrilled to have found this little gem of a rental while visiting our son and his family. The location was perfect, a short walk from downtown Sanford's resturants,shops and Lake Monroe. All ammenties listed in the discription are available as written, along with safe parking, and great communcation with the owners. The place was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. We will plan on staying again when traveling to Sanford. »

« Everything was great. The kitchenette is quite large and I liked that the refrigerator was full-sized, and there were ice cubes already made. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Gina was very communicative and made sure I had everything that I needed (which I did!). I would definitely stay here again. »
