« We have vacationed with this group of college friends for over 50 years. This property was perfect for the 10 of us. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything needed to prepare meals.The house was immaculate and comfortable. The outside patio area was awesome! The host was always available by text if we had questions. There were excellent restaurants nearby when we didn’t want to cook. This whole experience was perfect for us. »

« We needed to be close to Cooperstown’s Dreams park and this was right across the street. So very convenient for us since we had 3 kids playing and needed to be near to run back and forth between games. The property is an old but very comfortable farm house and had all the amenities we needed for a week. »

« This estate was perfect for us. Less than 5 minutes from dreams park. So many bedrooms it fit our party very comfortably. Julie and her husband really bailed us out. Our previous host double booked us and canceled 36hours before check in. We got ahold of julie who was able to get everything ready for us within 24h of our trip. We are very appreciative of all the effort that went into it. The hot tub was great for our kids. There was a fire pit on site and there is a separate company who stocks...

« This is the most beautiful setting you could imagine- the pool, the river and beautiful green all around. It was very convenient to downtown Cooperstown and an easy drive to the Dream Fields. Plenty of room to spread out- very clean and updated decor, very welcoming. I went into a few of the other rental houses our team stayed in and this one was by far the nicest! Highly recommend! »

We stayed here while our children spent the week at Dreams Park and this was the perfect place to share a home with other families and there was plenty to do for everyone.
