« Host was responsive. House needed some cleaning and had some mildew smell. Host was receptive to fixing it. »

« The cabin was ok in general, but some things made the stay not very comfortable. 1. The hot water was very smelly, like eggs. The entire cabin was very stinky after each shower. 2. There was a tray of liquid and mold under the kitchen sink. 3. There was no hairdryer even though it was included in the listing. On the bright side, the cabin is super close to the main street and not too far from some main hiking spots. The cabin space was good, and the room was pretty clean. »

« Good location at Catskills area. Family friendly, large back yard that has access to the nearby creek. »

« Rental was ready as described. Just a mile from Dreams Park, perfect for going to and from during rain delays. Kitchen fully stocked; bath towels etc were good; bed linens fresh. It was a perfect size for the 3 of us grandparents. Overlooked a lovely scenic area. »

« Well stocked kitchen. Even had coffee! Rustic and plenty of room. »

« The property was super clean and in a super quiet spot, which we really enjoyed. It was also close to state parks and waterfalls, so we had lots of fun exploring. The peace and quiet were wonderful. Plus, the pizza joint in Phoenicia had amazing pizzas—we loved them!! We’ll definitely choose this place again when we visit the Catskills. »
