« For it being an older neighborhood/home there were modern amenities and really had everything and plenty of space. Although there was no central air that air-conditioning units were enough to keep us cool in the hot weather. Great location.. very clean, which I appreciate! »

Three large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Parking to accommodate our two vehicles. Double lock on the main door. « The location was walkable to downtown, the track and where we needed to go. Apartment was inside a big single family chopped up into apts. There were 2 apts on the 1st floor. It was adequate for 2 people or less. Bedroom had old glass doors with fabric over the glass. They should be replaced with solid doors.. I’m a small person and felt the bathroon was an uncomfortably small laout. And the sofa bed was a thin mattress. OK maybe for a child. We didnt use the kitchen, so I can’t comment...

The rental was very nice inside, each bedroom and community area had beautiful hardwood floors, smart TV’s, and its own system to regulate temperature.
