« Comfortable, quiet, conveniently located property for a last minute mini family reunion near RPI / Troy NY. Hosts were very communicative and property was as listed. Waterford is a lovely small upstate NY town. A visit to the impressive Cohoes Falls is just a short car ride away. Peebles State Park is very nearby for a nice easy walk along the Mohawk River. Eagles and other birdlife were seen daily. An very enjoyable, relaxing stay. »

« This apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip to Saratoga. It was clean, comfortable and the location was great. We were able to walk to downtown and to Triangle Diner which was just two houses away. It was a quick Uber trip to SPAC. You are able to hear some noise from tenants above but it didn’t bother us. »

« My husband and son stayed at this rental while we were in a transitional move. Russ helped us to accommodate our needs during this time. We had some confusion about initial instructions for entering unit, but Russ was responsive in clearing up the issue. Unit is new, clean, modern. »

The neighborhood and backyard are very peaceful and picturesque, offering a nice place for our morning coffee. The place is very spacious and really has everything you need for a weekend stay…or longer! We will definitely stay again in the future when visiting Saratoga and the area. »
