« Not only was the house very well, taken care of, and had the essentials that we needed, but the owner of the property was amazing to chat with! We needed a little something extra for our boat while we were there and she and her husband jumped right on and helped us get what we needed then was so helpful. Would gladly stay again if we made it to Plains again! »

« We drove up from Nebraska to see our son and his family who live in nearby Ronan. The calm and quiet was a great welcome as our son had been in accident and broke his back. So after emotional days, the calmness of the house was welcomed. It is a lovely property close to a beautiful lake. »

« We stayed in the early summer. Even though the house appears to cater to skiers, it was great for the off season visit. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Very clean and well maintained. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the views — seriously, photos don’t do it justice. We started our days drinking our coffee on the deck watching the sunrise and deer. We ended our days chatting around the fire pit and on the deck with some wine and watching the last bit of daylight. The house itself is brand new and super comfortable — clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. It gave us a real sense of...

« Very spacious and well appointed residence for any occasion whether a large gathering or small family get away. The location cannot be beat with peaceful and tranquil views from the deck or walk along the bay to a short drive to amazing dining and shopping in Sandpoint. We stayed for Christmas and went skiing and snowmobiling. We are now booked for summer fun in August and cannot wait! »
