« Loved the location of this condo! Steps from lift 7 and if renting skis, Telluride Sports ( Cimarron location) is right there too by the lift as well as a ticket office. Plenty of room for our family of 4 (3 adults and one 16 year old). Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Town bus would stop right in front of the condo and take us downtown Telluride. Jenny and Wanda were both wonderful to work with! We would stay here again! »

« It is an historical property which is really cool, especially if you read up on it. The kitchen was very well appointed with all the appliances (new): 3 different coffee makers (drip, pod, press), gas stove, and an air fryer! If you like it dark at night to sleep, bring some eye covers. It was in a perfect location and was within walking distance of just about everything we needed (food, drink, shopping, and the Mushroom Festival activities). »

« Ballard House was beautiful inside, clean, and comfortable. It had new furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen. Communicating with the manager was easy and he (Luke) responded quickly to my inquiries. We loved the location in the heart of Telluride and would definitely recommend this condo. »

« The condo was exactly as described- small and cozy. Located on the quiet West end of Telluride in the middle of multiple small condo buildings with Main Street (Colorado) only blocks away. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic necessities were there and worked as intended. The free on-site parking was nice and the gondola to Mountain Village, Clark’s Market, multiple hiking trailheads, etc were only a short walk away.
