« Breakfast was dried scrambled eggs, toasted english muffins and generic sausage patties and fruit. It was ok but not at all what one expects at a nice B&B. Combine that with little to no welcome or instructions. They give you an envelope when you arrive (if you arrive when they are there) and it only contains a card with your door and the inn door codes. Nothing else. No instructions for TV remote, how to use the fireplace, heater, nothing. No house rules or local attractions. Nothing on...

« The Inn is very inviting, clean and welcoming. The room I stayed in near the front door is lovely but due to the proximity I could hear guests coming and going in the evening and in the morning. I closed the bathroom door and it locked from the inside. I had to call the host to help me get it unlocked. I will select a room upstairs for future stays. »

« The host was very responsive to our questions. The location is convenient to the CalTrain and a Starbucks: both are a short 4 block walk. As most of San Fran, the location is on a hill which creates somewhat of challenge with parking and getting in and out of the property. Another review mentioned the train noise but we didn't notice it. »
