« We loved our stay here. We will definitely come back. It was a perfect place for two families with children. Enough room for all the spread out and for the kids to play. We enjoyed baking cookies and cooking meals in the very well equipped kitchen. The kids had a blast sledding in the back yard. House was clean comfortable and cozy. We were a little disappointed that the play structure wasn’t there anymore, but the kids still had fun! »

« The Redmesa cottage was a perfect place for me and my son to stay while visiting Durango. It rained during our trip but we were still able to grill outside. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve a meal. The host also provided Ramen (my 17 year old loved this) and makings for 'smores. The coffee was great too! Sunset right out the back door was spectacular! »

« Wonderful home on a great property. Attentive hosts! Beautiful views with deer every day. Appreciated the king beds in each room with a bathroom . Just a few minor tweaks would make it even better. The stacked wood pile was very nice for the fireplace (would be helpful to have some tools though - poker/ tongs). Enjoyed the hot tub as well, but did not notice any new lighting. It is very dark heading out at night. »

« We stayed here for a few nights over Thanksgiving with three adult families and a wide range of kids from age two to sixteen. Everyone had plenty of space and the house was clean, lovely, and really simple to figure out. We had one tiny issue with the door and the host responded immediately, which we appreciated.The game room was a hit, the kids loved spotting deer in the yard, and we even got to enjoy a bonfire. It was the perfect setup for a family trip. We’d absolutely come back next time. »
