« After many stays in VRBOs over the years this is the first property I’ve been to that over delivered. It is listed as luxury and definitely fits the bill. Well stocked and in a good location right in town. We stayed in unit 2. I can’t speak for other units but this unit was surprisingly large and clean. I’m guessing the unit is around 1300 sf. It has tall vaulted ceilings with nice finishes and is well furnished. Everything we used or plugged into worked. The tap water is either well water or...

« We recently stayed at this property at the beginning of June 2025. The location is in a quiet townhome community with a pool. We enjoyed the using the grill two nights to prepare supper. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of towels and beach towels if you use the pool. This was a nice location for hitting Canyonlands, Dead Horse State Park, and Arches. »
