« We were visiting Chapin for an engagement party. The house was perfect for our adult children and their spouses and a great rendezvous point. The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. « We loved relaxing by the lake…. Screened in building was great for sitting out in the rainstorm we had with frogs croaking… the pier was great for watching the sunset and herons flying by… interior had everything we needed… comfortable beds for recharging the batteries…. Cute local small towns to explore and Dreher Island park great for a hike. »

« First, I have to say that Tessie (the owner) is one of the kindest and pleasant persons I’ve ever met!!! She was very welcoming and “quick on the draw” for any concerns or questions! This property is huge and had so much space! Very clean, and perfectly arranged! The kids and I found it quite a treat to see goats and roosters as you look towards the lake. « Comfy and clean home-everything is well kept, plenty of beds, and that view! The lake is gorgeous. We swam, kayaked, and fished-everything was tranquil, just as we needed it to be. The only downfall was the amount of lighting in the master, very dim-other than that all was perfect! »
